Volunteer Workday on the Bear Mountain Appalachian Trail: Help our AmeriCorps trail crews repair storm damage to this flagship trail – use rigging ziplines to fly loads of crushed stone surfacing, and carry and spread bucketfuls to build the trail back up. Meet at the Bear Mountain Inn Parking lot to carpool to the worksite.

Time: 9AM-3PM.
What to bring: Plenty of water, lunch and snacks, long pants, sturdy closed-toe shoes. Bring gloves and eye protection if you have them. PPE will be available for anyone who doesn't have them.
Volunteers for this workshop must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate, and complete the required Volunteer Service Agreement form, using group name "New York-New Jersey Trail Conference."
